Goal Setting!

I didn't really want to make any 'official goals when I started the diet the other week. I've always set my goals too high, based on me losing 2lbs a week. I realise now that while that seems all well and good during the first 3 or 4 weeks of a diet, after that it gets much more difficult to sustain the weight loss - well for me it does anyway!
So...the first goal that I had in my mind was to be 12st2, which is a loss of 10lbs, and no mean feat for any dieter. The thing for me is that losing 10lbs won't really make a massive difference to how I look, I know from experience that I really need to be down in the 11s before I start to look and feel better. But...first goal was to be achieved by Valentine's Day. I think that's totally realistic. I'm hoping to weigh in at 12st6 on Monday, so if that goes to plan, then its just 4 lbs to go and over three weeks to get there.

After 12st2, the next goal has to be 11st12, which will be a full stone off, and I would LOVE to be there for the end of February. I'm not going to set any goals for after that...will just see if I make it and how I feel about the way things are going.
Right..Friday night and I have the points for some wine and crisps! Going to watch the Corpse Bride and relax with Paul and Rufus Pup who is home from the vets, thank goodness!
